Question 1

Are the classes online?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all classes take place online by video, anywhere in Canada. Schedules are set with you.

Question 2

Which levels are accepted?

Accepted Answer

From complete beginner to advanced. A free assessment pinpoints your starting level.

Question 3

Do you offer TEF and TCF preparation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A dedicated program covers comprehension, speaking, writing and exam conditions.

Question 4

Can classes start in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes, teaching is bilingual: explanations can be given in English for as long as needed.

Question 5

How long is a class and how often?

Accepted Answer

Duration and frequency are defined in your learning plan, based on your goal and availability.

Question 6

What are the rates?

Accepted Answer

Rates depend on the format (one-on-one or group) and the pace you choose. They are shared after the free assessment.

Question 7

What is the difference between the TEF and the TCF?

Accepted Answer

Both are recognized French tests used for immigration and study procedures in Canada. They assess the same skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing) but with different formats and instructions. Preparation therefore covers both the language and the format of the chosen test.

Question 8

How do you prepare for the speaking test?

Accepted Answer

By working under exam conditions: timed instructions, guided speaking, immediate correction of pronunciation and answer structure. Each session targets one specific task rather than free conversation.

Question 9

Do you prepare for second language evaluation in the public service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The work covers reading comprehension, written expression and oral interaction in a professional context, with workplace vocabulary and role-play situations.

Question 10

How long does exam preparation take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your starting level and your target level. The free assessment exists precisely to estimate a realistic pace before you start.

Question 11

Can you retake the TEF or the TCF?

Accepted Answer

Yes, these tests can be retaken. Waiting periods and registration conditions are set by the test centre: check them on the official test website before booking a new date.

Question 12

What should you do after a result below your target level?

Accepted Answer

We start from your score report, test by test. A single skill is often responsible for the gap (frequently writing or speaking). Work then targets that skill rather than the whole syllabus.

Question 13

Why do candidates often miss the writing or speaking sections?

Accepted Answer

Because these sections require producing language within a time limit and following precise instructions. Understanding French is not enough: you need to practise producing it in the exact test format, with corrections.

Question 14

Should you wait until you reach a level before starting classes?

Accepted Answer

No. The free assessment exists to place your starting level, whatever it is, and then set a realistic pace towards your target level.

Question 15

I have just arrived in Canada, where do I start with French?

Accepted Answer

With a starting assessment, then with the situations you already face: appointments, housing, children’s school, job interviews. Vocabulary you need immediately comes before theoretical grammar.

Question 16

Is French useful outside Quebec?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Canada has two official languages, and several federal public service positions, notably in the Ottawa region, require an assessed level of French.

Question 17

Can you start before arriving in Canada?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Classes take place online; the schedule is set in your current time zone and adjusted after you arrive.

Question 18

In which provinces do you offer classes?

Accepted Answer

Everywhere in Canada. Classes take place online, which makes it possible to teach learners in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick and elsewhere.

Question 19

How do you handle time zones?

Accepted Answer

The schedule is set in your own time zone. Early morning, evening and weekend slots are possible depending on availability.

Question 20

Do you need to live in Canada to take the classes?

Accepted Answer

No. People preparing to move to Canada can start classes from abroad.

Question 21

What equipment do you need?

Accepted Answer

A computer, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection, a headset with a microphone and a notebook. Course materials are provided digitally.

Question 22

Are children and teenagers accepted?

Accepted Answer

Yes: primary, middle school, secondary, university and adults. Content and pace are adapted to age and to the school curriculum being followed.

Question 23

How do you get started?

Accepted Answer

You fill in the free assessment form or message directly on WhatsApp at +1 613-712-0074. You get a reply within 24 hours with a suggested level and pace.

Question 24

Are group classes available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, one-on-one or in a small group. The format is chosen with you based on your goal and preferred pace.
